-KODA WORKOUTS

Workouts at Koda CrossFit change every day. This keeps members engaged and constantly being faced with and overcoming new challenges. Each one hour class is led by a Koda Trainer and begins with dynamic warm-ups and joint mobilization specific to that day’s workout. The trainer then leads the class through the programmed workout followed by a cool down as well as mobilization to wrap up the class.

Since safety is our top priority we do all we can to ensure that our clients understand and practice correct movement patterns while training at Koda as well as in their daily lives. We do this by holding all clients to extremely high standards while they are training with us. It is important that you not only demonstrate correct movement patterns but understand the concepts behind them. If you do not feel comfortable with the exercises that you see in our programming, private “elements” classes are available. The elements program is a total of 3, separate, one hour classes where you are introduced to the fundamental lifts that you will encounter in our programming. Elements training is done in a low intensity setting to allow for open, two way communication between you and the trainer. This ensures a true understanding of the movements and concepts. Elements classes run 50 dollars per session and take a progressive approach towards instilling correct form in complex movement patterns.
