HOW DO I START?
We suggest that you come in for a tour of our facility and a FREE trial class to get your feet wet. We want to make sure that Koda CrossFit Norman is a good fit for you! During your initial visit you will be able to get a feel for our programming, coaching style, and facility. Please call, email, or fill out our contact form online to let us know that you are coming to our facility. All we require is that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver and meet the coach!
WHAT KIND OF MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a Monthly Membership and a 6 Month Commitment Membership with Unlimited or 3x/week options. (These rates can be viewed on our main page).
WHAT ARE YOUR WORKOUTS LIKE?
Koda CrossFit Norman has a mixed variety of classes because we believe in ALL avenues of fitness. We are passionate about creating and finding new, fun, and innovative methods to strengthen our bodies. Every day offers a new and original workout designed by our team. AM I TOO OUT OF SHAPE FOR YOUR GYM?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! It’s both our job and responsibility to make sure that each individual is comfortable with the movements encountered at our gym. Modifications and scaling options are always provided and encouraged. We pride ourselves in the fact that we have a multitude of fitness levels in one room- all working hard together. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Simple! Send us an email to kodastaff@gmail.com. We take cancellations only by email (not by phone, not in person) to ensure all requests are documented.
DO YOU HAVE PERSONAL TRAINING?
We do offer both one on one and small group training. We specialize in both personal and class settings. We want you to feel comfortable and have the option to train how you prefer!
DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?
We have a children’s area for your kids to hang out while you exercise, however, we are not offering childcare at this time.
CAN I STILL COME IF I HAVE PREVIOUS INJURIES?
Yes, if your doctor clears you for physical activity. Our coaches will make sure to modify workouts/movements to fit your personal needs. Please communicate with our staff about any injuries/limitations.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE?
We take this case by case. If you have a family member under 18 years old that would like to be part of Koda CrossFit Norman, we would love to meet them! *Please note, if you are under 18, your parent or guardian will need to sign a waiver in person.
